Pharmacy Weight Loss Glenrothes is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy weight loss clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) serving patients in Glenrothes and across the United Kingdom. We provide clinical weight management consultations and dispense prescription and non-prescription weight loss treatments in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe eligibility criteria have not been met, or where supplying treatment would not be in your best clinical interest.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment by one of our prescribers. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription and cannot be transferred to a third party. You must provide accurate medical information during the consultation. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.
Our pharmacist will review every order before dispensing. We may contact you for additional information if required. Orders are approved or declined at the clinical discretion of our team.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Your payment will be processed securely. We do not store full card details on our systems. If payment cannot be processed, your order will not proceed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. We use tracked, discreet postal services to protect your privacy.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure a safe and secure delivery address is provided. We cannot be responsible for orders that are lost or damaged due to an incorrect address being supplied.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for prescription medicines under UK law, and a refund cannot be issued.
If your order is declined following clinical review, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect item being received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
